How to find what you need

    Learn more about claims or log in to Availity. Set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) with Change Healthcare. 

  • Prior authorization (PA)

    Submit PA and check the status of a previously submitted PA on Availity Or learn more about PA.

  • Grievances and appeals

    Submit grievances and appeals and check the status of your submission on Availity. Or learn more about grievances and appeals.

  • Member eligibility

    Check patient eligibility and benefits on Availity. Or learn more on our Provider Portal page.
